Homecoming is such an exciting, important part of being in high school. Every person gets so thrilled about this event. Homecoming at HVHS is an event where everyone gets together at the school and just has fun. HVHS 2023 homecoming is on October 14th, 2023, for all HVHS students. The talk of the school when homecoming is around the corner is what you’re going to wear. People start picking out their dresses and outfits way before the event is around.
Everyone wants to look nice for homecoming. Every year there are new trends and new fashions. Are people wearing tight dresses or flowy dresses? Black or pink? Every homecoming is something new. Polls from HVHS students say that the most worn color for homecoming is going to be green. The next top color was blue. The runners up were pink, black, red, and purple. For style of dress, the majority students agreed that tight dresses were the style for the year. Sparkly dresses also seem to be getting popular this year. Lastly, for hair the most students said curling their hair was the way to go. Only a few people are thinking about going for straight hair. The fashion for 2023 homecoming is here!
To me, homecoming fashion is where everyone dresses more formally. The girls in dresses and the guys in ties. Fashion for homecoming is what gets everyone excited. Looking at everyone’s outfits and seeing what they show up in is one of my favorite parts. Everyone gets so passionate picking out a dress, doing their hair, and getting their nails done.
