The HVHS yearbook is a special book created to remember each school year. It includes pictures, quotes, highlights from the year, and big events/achievements. The yearbook is a way for students and staff to capture the memories of the year, with portraits and group photos.
For seniors, the yearbook is even more special. It marks the end of their high school experience and gives them a way to have a lasting memory of their time together.
HVHS’s yearbooks Editor-in-Chief Emery Katerba (12) says, “ being a senior in yearbook is awesome because I have a lot more responsibility in the class.“
The theme of the yearbook is thought through thoroughly. It reflects the spirit of the class, whether it’s about unity, personal growth, or the challenges they faced. This year’s theme will be exciting to reflect on in the future. This book captures the challenges and twists our school has experienced. The theme ties everything together, making the yearbook feel meaningful and personal. The HVHS yearbook isn’t only pictures and quotes. It’s a way to remember the experiences and friendships students shared during that year, especially seniors.
HVHS Yearbook Advisor, Ms. Pressley states, “being a yearbook advisor is really fun and interesting because you get to see everybody think of an initial idea of what they want to do before the yearbook is finalized, and then you see the whole product actually get put together. Being able to monitor everybody to get everything done and come together is really rewarding.”
The HVHS yearbook is a cherished memory of a students journey and what it means to be part of the 2025 class.
