As the 2023-2024 school year comes to an end, we are recognizing the Hidden Valley seniors and their time here. This senior’s name is Gray Cole.
Gray has been a Titan from the beginning and has enjoyed his time here. He has participated in extracurricular activities such as the school’s DND club, which he founded. Gray’s fondest memory from his time here is “Getting to build and expand my DND club,” Gray (12) said. The DND club will be what Gray will miss the most from his time here.
While it was hard to pick a favorite teacher from the great staff Gray had to go with Mrs. Haddon, because she was an inspiration to him.
After high school, Gray’s plans are to attend the phlebotomy program at Virginia Western Community College.
Gray had a great experience during high school, but if there was something he could change, he said he would hang out with his friends more outside of school.
Gray was taught many important lessons during high school, and some of them were important life lessons. “As long as you believe in yourself and find people who believe in you and don’t try to hurt you from your weaknesses then it’ll be alright in the end.”
To end his time at Hidden Valley, Gray was asked what advice he would like to pass on to incoming and current students and he said, “Chill out and do your work.”
