Hidden Valley High School students have different takes on what they are wearing this winter, whether it be for comfort or fashion. “A lot of my winter fashion includes sweaters, skirts, and tights. I try to be comfortable, but I also try to present myself in a stylish way.” says Fayrin Mitchum (11).
Like Fayrin, many students at Hidden Valley High School try to find a balance between style and comfort in their winter clothing. However, others would rather wear what looks good, even if it means being cold or uncomfortable. “I put style first, I wouldn’t say most of what I wear is comfortable,” says Jesmine Princely (11). Noah Chrisley (11) mostly agrees saying, “Style comes first but I layer anyways, because it is very cold outside.” Everyone at Hidden Valley High School has a preference of style verses comfort or both.
The students at Hidden Valley High School that do prioritize style often get their clothing inspiration from different sources. Some students get inspiration from platforms like Pinterest and TikTok, while others get their inspiration from family member, famous people, or social media influencers. Fayrin Mitchum says, “I look up to my sister Caylee for winter fashion inspiration the most.” Everyone at Hidden Valley High School has different inspiration this winter.
Students at Hidden Valley High School may all have slightly different opinions on why they choose certain clothes to wear this winter or where they find their inspiration, but they can all agree it is a great season for fashion this winter!
