As we approach Hidden Valley’s spirt week, there has been a lot of talk about the spirt week themes amongst the students. The 2022-23 spirt week is October 9th-13th, and many people are excited to find out what the themes for this years spirt week will be.
Spirt week is a fun time, typically placed before a fun event like homecoming, winter break, or prom. During this week, each day has a different theme. Spirt week has a big impact on the students because it can add extra excitement to the week leading up to a big event. Here is what some of the students have said about the upcoming homecoming spirt week.
Student Izzy Hendricks (11) said, “I am really excited for this year’s spirt week, since it will be my first spirt week, since my old school did not have spirt weeks,” and student Lily Bratic (10) added, “I am super excited to go all out again this year for my second spirt week.”
There has been many rumors going around about the different themes that could be used this year. One of the most popular one that students want to see make a return is soccer mom vs BBQ dad. Another popular theme students want to see this year is Barbie and nothing but a backpack day.
The closer homecoming gets the closer we get to finding out the themes. We are excited to see what all of our student body picks.
