The Yearbook Club, run by Miss Pressley, is back at Hidden Valley High School for the 2023-2024 school year. She plans to change it up this year. Miss Pressley is a new teacher this year who graduated from Hidden Valley High School. She was involved in the Yearbook Club while she was a student and is excited to be back.
This year the yearbook’s sponsor and senior editors have a new goal. “Our number one goal is to have 100% coverage on every single kid in the book,” Shae Torrence (12) said. While the Yearbook Club is small, the students are very dedicated to making it the best it can be. “We have a lot of passion in this group and a lot of people are really interested in [Yearbook],” Torrence added.
Miss Pressley and the students in the club are planning to make alterations to the structure of the club. They are planning to have more order this year than in previous years. “I want it to be a more community environment then it has been in the past… [and] I want all the grade levels to be included,” Miss Pressley said when asked about her plans. Hidden Valley High School is excited to welcome Miss Pressley to the 2023-2024 Yearbook Club!
