Your Fault by Merecedes Ron is the second book in the book series. The story continues with Noah and Nick as the main characters except this time around their relationship is put to the test. Noah has just graduated from high school and Nick is in college studying to be a lawyer like his father. Noah wanted to go to Canada for college but since meeting him she decided to stay and be near him when she went off to college. Nick and Noah had the perfect summer planned until Noah’s mom announced at her graduation dinner that she is taking Noah to Europe for most of the summer, and when Noah doesn’t decline the offer Nick gets mad at Noah for not seeing how her mother and his father are trying to separate them. When Noah gets back from her Europe trip Nick and Noah do not have a lot of time for each other and now that they have both started school.
While they are both busy with school, they talk less but they have the idea of Noah living with Nick off campus and away from their parents who are trying to keep them apart. After a talk with her mom, Noah does not know if living with Nick is the best idea especially since Noah has been keeping a secret from him. Noah starts going to therapy for her trauma involving her father. When Nick and Noah have to go to a family event with other dates and pretend that they are not a couple, an unexpected guest arrives at the event and reveals secrets that their parents never thought would become known, it changes her relationship with her mother and Nick. Everything Noah ever thought or knew was a lie. Now the question is whether she will let these new secrets affect her relationships for the worse.
