Chris Stapleton is currently touring his “All-American Road Show”, which will be ending December 7, 2024. Stapleton has done a total of 743 concerts in his 20 years of writing music and performing. Before Chris Stapleton became a solo artist in 2013, he was apart of a band called the SteelDrivers. Stapleton was the lead singer, but left in 2010. In 2015 Stapleton released his debut album, “Traveller”, which reached number one on both Top Country Albums, and Billboard 200 charts in the U.S..
During Stapleton’s “All-American Road Show” tour he is traveling with many different people. For many of his shows he has two openers, Margo Price and Charley Crockett. He also travels with Marcus King, Allen Stone, Little Big Town, Nikki Lane, and The War and Treaty during the span of his tour. During his tour he has different guests depending on the location of the concert.
During his performance he is very lively and you can feel all the energy throughout the crowd. His concerts last around 3 hours, with his openers playing for around an hour and Stapleton playing for around 2 hours straight. With the crowd going crazy, and no end in sight, Stapleton came out for a two song encore. The first song he performed was “Where Rainbows Never Die” in honor of his close friend Mike Henderson who has recently passed away. “Where Rainbows Never Die” was written by Henderson and Stapleton after Henderson’s dad passed away, so it has a important meaning to Stapleton. To close out the show he had an amazing light show with his band.
